As all our Wigs are Hand made, please be aware that wig construction will begin 48 hours after purchase. Please allow 5 working days for your wigs to be fully constructed. Customers can expect to receive wig orders 5 working days after their order is placed.

 

All wigs are made with 100% virgin hair sold on Minx Hair UK and can be straightened, curled or dyed as desired.

 

All wigs are made tailored to each individual, so all sales are FINAL.

 

All Minx Hair Wigs are fittied with elastic bands to ensure security and confidence while wearing. Kindly mention in the notes if you want combs also fitted on your wigs. This will be a complimentary service.

 

All Minx Hair Wigs come customised, i.e. the knots are bleached for transparency, tinted to suit your scalp and hand plucked to create a natural hairline.

 

Hair is measured when pulled straight. Consult a licensed hair care professional should you decide to alter the natural colour of your hair bundles. For daily and general maintenance, please refer to our Hair Care page.

After verification of your order, shipping times will vary depending on your chosen method of delivery. Standard shipping will take approximately  3-5 business days for delivery, while Express shipping will take approximately 1-2 business days. 

 

All orders must be signed for, so ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at check out. In the event your package is left at the post office after several delivery attempts and is returned to us, we will notify you via email.

 

We are not responsible for carrier delays from the post office, holidays or delays due to natural disasters. We strongly recommend receiving your order before booking any hair appointments.
